President

 

Finance Committee*

  • Finance Committee would meet to approve budget amendments.  They would also meet to review the POWs and put together the budget for the next year.

Financial Reconciliation Committee*

  • President is not allowed to be a part of the Financial Reconciliation Committee.
  • The president appoints the members of the Financial Reconciliation Committee.
  • Committee is appointed at the may meeting.

Meeting Agendas

  • 8 days before meeting – send out ‘Call for Reports’
  • 4 days before meeting – send script to Secretary.
  • Send the agenda and the Zoom link to the board on the day before meeting.

Administrative Budget

  • Domain name for example: BoonPTA.org
  • Zoom subscription.
  • Sympathy/Congratulation flowers.
  • Supplies needed for events that don’t have their own POW.

After Prom

  • Create/submit POW.
  • Discuss in Board Meeting – amount to donate.
  • Treasurer to submit $ to After Prom Committee.

Capital Purchases

  • Create/submit POW.
  • Determine need of purchase and find alternatives.
  • Popcorn machine, projector, PA system.

Council Rep/ Dues

  • Create/submit POW.
  • Submit check request and mail/deliver check to Allen Council.
  • Attend all Council meetings.
  • Dues include council meeting lunch, donation to Dillard Center, Reflections.

Support VPs & Chairs

  • Check in with teams working on current programs/activities.
  • Step in to help when needed.
  • Communicate with Board.
  • Communicate with Administration.
